I-290/Eisenhower Expressway west, signs say to Rockford

I-355 south, signs say to Joliet

Army Trail Rd, exit right then turn left/east; it is the last exit before the toll plaza

Go 1½ miles, past three traffic lights (the exit for northbound I-355, Rohlwing Rd/Rt. 53 and Lombard Rd).

When you see white sign on right for "Church of God (7th Day)", get into left turn laneWi

At Kingston Drive turn left/north; street sign is in the median/middle of Army Trail Rd.

You will see a stone pillar marked "Friars Cove".

Go two blocks north, you will see the Lodge on your right. Parking info below.

If you get to Mill Rd, which has a traffic light (going east on Army Trail Rd), you have gone ½ mile too far east.

I-290/Eisenhower Expressway east (though you are actually driving south), signs say to Chicago

I-355 south "exit" is the 3 lanes to the left, signs say to Joliet Army Trail Rd, exit right then turn left/east;
