Member Lodge Rentals
Rental Process
- Review Calendar for availability
- Confirm Rental Availability and Date by text only with the lodge coordinator (Dates on hold will NOT show on the calendar)
- Pool is available for an additional 150.00 fee. The request for the pool and payment must be at the time of completion of the agreement. An estimate of the number of guests swimming must be provided
- Download and complete the rental agreement below
- Include 2 separate payments by check
- Provide the Certificate of Insurance
- Deliver this in the lodge mailbox located by the front door of the lodge
- Email the lodge coordinator after you have placed the info in the mailbox
- Dates will be held for 2 weeks unless arrangements have been made with the lodge coordinator

Open for 2026 season
7 Days A Week
Guarded 12:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Unguarded 9:00 a.m-12:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m.
• No access to pool from 9:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m. unless during a sanctioned lodge event.
• #1968 is the code to our realtor lock that contains the key for access to the restroom facilities. It is the member's responsibility to put the key back and lock up after using the downstairs during the unguarded hours. You will need to re-enter the code to lock the box.
