        As a member you will receive the full "The Friar's Cove Experience" having full access to the pool, park, lodge and grounds. You will also receive a substantial discount on the rental of the Lodge for your special occasions. 

Keep in mind that your investment in the membership is an equity investment in your future. You will always have a financial ownership/interest of the real estate and will be a decision maker in how the organization operates. As communities continue to dwindle and local public amenities start to become eliminated, the Friar's Cove community becomes more valuable today and in the future. • The Friars Cove Lodge, Inc. Is A Private Club And Is Members Only.

• All Friars Cove Lodge, Inc. property is under video surveillance.

• Non-Members Living Inside Friars Cove Are Not Allowed On Friars Cove Lodge Property And Cannot Be Invited As Guests Unless There Is A Lodge Board Sanctioned Lodge Event. (i.e. 4th Of July)

• Non-Members Living Outside Friars Cove Are Allowed On Friars Cove Lodge Property but must be accompanied by a member.
